I had not heard the part of that recording in which Lori claims her brother and HUSBAND were trying to kill her for her 2 million dollar life insurance. But, to me, that is evidence of the way her mind works. If, under pressure, that is the first scenario that comes to her mind, it makes me believe that Charles’s 2 million dollar policy was her motive for having him killed (or killing him herself, even).

I testify that you two are so fun to listen to and you have such great insights into this case. Listening to your analysis of Chad prior to watching the preliminary hearing gave me a whole new perspective on the hearing!
